We are hosting another HOPE Programme – Devon starting on Saturday 25th January 2025 at Pembroke House Surgery in Paignton. This is aimed at people living with low level depression and anxiety.
FREE six week, self-management programme to support people who are struggling with their mental health and would like to spend some time focussing on their wellbeing and “what matter’s to me?”
